Spare Parts
Each engineer carries a full range of spare parts and consumables
to cater for more than 97% of service and preventative maintenance
calls. Additional supplies are held at the technical stores in
Belfast.
Modifications and Demonstrations
In order to ensure that you are fully familiar and satisfied with
your tailored document management system, all modifications and
demonstrations are supplied and carried out at no extra cost.
Guarantee
KBS and Ricoh guarantee to provide all spare parts and consumables
for any machine for a minimum of 5 years after last date of manufacture.
