All KBS engineers are geographically based throughout the province to provide optimum coverage for all equipment in the field. They are dedicated to the maintenance of Ricoh equipment and carry stock of frequently used spare parts in their vehicles and these are regularly restocked and reviewed to ensure that the selection of parts best reflects the machines within the particular engineer's geographical area. These engineers ensure familiarity with the users, locations, and security procedures.
