Our 20 Service staff at KBS, work to a 4 hour response time and are proud of the fact that they are consistently achieving response averages of less than 3 hours to anywhere in the province.


Our Ricoh trained engineers carry a large array of parts in their cars and are restocked daily from our store in Belfast. To minimize downtime, any part not in stock can be flown in overnight from Ricoh's vast automated parts centre in Holland.

All Service staff work within the parameters of our environmental management system and have played an active role in its successes to date.

Our policy at KBS is to put the customer first at all times and this attitude is prevalent with all staff members, especially so with the Service team. Our motto is 'We put the Eco in Ricoh'.
