Telemarketing Executive

New opportunity exists for ambitious sales professionals focused on building a career within the IT space. In this role you will work alongside the existing sales teams, behalf of some of the top Global Tech firms, including, Dell IBM, Cisco and HP.

The Role

This is a key strategic position within our business, requiring a dynamic individual to join our growing team as we develop our client portfolio. We are looking candidates to work in lead generation to generate consultancy appointments and new customer acquisition across our IT Managed Services and Managed Print. You will be responsible for contacting businesses to generate sales appointments and support new customer acquisition. This role is best suited to money motivated and target driven individuals. The successful candidate will be expected to lead clients through onboarding across our Office Supplies area with engagement across our other business offerings and solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will establish and maintain strong working relationships with the client. This is carried out in conjunction with the existing team of technical pre-sales, project team and new business development.

Relevant Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of principles and practices of sales. Experience of working within a sales team to develop business in accordance with company targets. Experience of managing a client and prospect database.

Experience in managing a sales pipeline at all stages of the sales process. Proven ability to meet targets. Experience in demonstrating solutions and concepts to potential and existing clients. Proven ability to evaluate and understand a potential client’s needs and business processes.

Responsibilities

Outbound Business calls on behalf of the associated teams and campaigns

Generating sales opportunities and qualifying needs

Providing follow-up activities as part of closing the sale

Involvement with customer onboarding processes and project delivery

Ensuring the achievement of agreed sales targets, KPI’s goals and objectives
